you' for the recent meal we had at The Pass Restaurant which was
won by my wife on your Christmas competition.
I would like to say that from the moment we
entered to the moment we left it was a great experience and must be
enjoyed by all your guests. The food served was of the very highest
standards with great flavours and presentation.
When we finished our meal we spoke to the Head
Chef and he kindly offered to show us around the kitchen and
patiently answered our questions. I do not remember having had such
a memorable meal and I hope you will receive further awards
soon.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations and we
found that the service was exceptional. The Chefs' demonstration
was brilliant all the ladies thoroughly enjoyed it, the food was of
such high standard we were incrediably impressed! Also the chefs
were very amusing and really taught us something.
Thanks for all your wonderfull organising, we
already have a couple of guys wanting to book their next stay at
South Lodge.
