Our Chefs are proud to use locally sourced meat and produce from around the Sussex area. Some of our vegetables, fruit and herbs are so local they are grown in our very own Walled garden!

Once the menu is chosen, our knowledgeable sommelier will arrange a wine tasting so that you perfectly complement your chosen dishes.
