experience which takes the concept of chef’s tables and modern
interactive dining to the next level.
Opening in September, this exclusive, 22
cover, flagship restaurant enables diners to see first hand
the creativity and sheer theatre of a busy restaurant kitchen
through a glass panel or via large plasma screens, whilst enjoying
the ground-breaking tasting menu of Executive Chef Lewis

Our executive chef Lewis Hamblet was victorious in the battle of
Chefs when he teamed up with the High Sheriff of West Sussex in a
dramatic East meets West "cook-off" against the High Sheriff of
East Sussex which took place at the South of England
Horticultural Show on 6th October 2007.
