Lunch Meeting Menus

Included in 24 Hour Delegate and Day Delegate Package Prices, our kitchen brigade will create a working buffet lunch on a daily basis using local produce for healthy eating using the best available seasonal ingredients.


Here are two examples of a typical daily menu:

 

Choice of 2 hot dishes including 1 vegetarian

Poached salmon on roasted peppers, herb cous cous

Beef and ale stew with dumplings, roasted new potatoes

Sweet and sour chicken, braised rice

Mushroom pasta (v)

Vegetable filled pancakes (v)

Vegetable lasagne (v)

 

Served with a selection of 4 salads

Prawn and pea salad

Cray Fish and little gem

Sweet chilli marinated tomato

Palm heart and Chorrizo

 

Cumin scented courgette

Coleslaw and orange

Potato and red onion

Pineapple and sweet potato

 

Rice and sultana

Cauliflower and cheesy mayo

Roasted peppers

Cucumber and dill

 

Caesar salad

Sesame scented bean sprout

Pasta and artichoke

Cous cous with peppers

Waldorf salad

 

Spinach and crispy bacon

Chinese leaves with toasted pine nuts

Oriental Noodle salad

 

Selection of desserts

Warm apple crumble and Custard

Steamed chocolate sponge, rich chocolate sauce

Pineapple upside down

Traditional Welsh rarebit

Cajun style salmon gougons

Battered calamari rings

Chicken, avocado tortilla wrap with tomato salsa

Moules mariniere with crusty bread

Mini brie wedges in breadcrumb

 

White crab and new potato salad

Plum tomato and corriander with aged balsamic

Mixed leaf salad, grated parmesan

Cream horns

Apple doughnuts

Fresh fruit platter

Hot Fork Buffet  Lunch Choices

£6.00 Supplement Per Person

 

Choose one of the following with a choice of either braised rice or buttered new potatoes, served with a selection of salads, again chosen by chef on a daily basis.

Additional hot dishes from £ 6.00 per person

 

Green Thai chicken curry

Lasagne al forno

Stir fried duck with plum sauce and egg noodles

Fisherman’s pie

Poached fillet of salmon with a dill sauce

Beef and Guinness casserole

 

Examples of salads:

Mixed leaves with balsamic dressing

Cucumber and mint yoghurt,

Coleslaw with bell peppers

Waldorf salad

New potato with crème fraîche and grain mustard

Mediterranean pasta salad

Tomato and basil mozzarella

South Lodge Carvery

A selection of delicious meat from our local butcher, Hutchins of Partridge Green, will be carved by one of our talented Chefs.  Served with seasonal vegetables and with a choice of the above desserts, this option carries a £10.00 supplement per person.


Two Course Seated Luncheons

Our Executive Chef can create a two course set lunch menu based on dishes of the day using local produce, menus are available from a £6.00 supplement per person.


Canapés

To be served with reception drinks. Chef will create a sumptuous selection of appetising Canapés, to accompany your drinks reception. Using the freshest ingredients available in the market on the day you and your guests will enjoy our chefs creations.
