Debbie Pickles, Beauty Works, Horsham 

Debbie Pickles, Dip.ITEC, MGPBT, is the owner of Beauty Works, Horsham, a private Holistic Massage and Beauty Therapy business established 1998.

Beauty Works has grown entirely through word- of-mouth recommendation. Debbie attributes her success to her total commitment to her clients' needs, her enthusiasm, energy and efficiency in all aspects of her business.

She has passed challenging assessments and is qualified by the International Therapy Examination Council (Credit) and the International School of Make-Up London. She is a practitioner in LaStone Therapy, Advanced Thermotherapy and Indian Head Message.

Prior to setting up Beauty Works, Debbie's former career began as a bi-lingual secretary (English/French) in the City of London, culminating as PA to Sir Brian Hill, Chairman of Higgs and Hill PLC for almost nine years.

Debbie has been interviewed on BBC Southern Counties Radio and, more recently, on BBC Sussex Radio where she spoke about her experience of completing the 13-mile Midnight Walk on behalf of St. Catherine's Hospice in 2009 and her sponsorship and participation of the same event this year.

She is a member of the Association of Speakers Clubs.

Debbie is married with one teenage daughter and lives in Horsham, West Sussex.
