Tips and Tricks Lunch in the Pass - Thursday 5th August at South Lodge Hotel
Join us for lunch in The Pass and whilst you peruse the stunning
four-course menu, Head Chef Matt Gillan will give you a quick
lesson on the art of using seasonal produce - each season brings
with it a plethora of rich British produce.

Ladies' Lunch: SOS Soprano - Monday 16th August at South Lodge Hotel
Sharon Elizabeth singer and cakemaker extraordinaire will give
you an insight into her rather unusual life as a professional
singing cake maker!
Sharon found a new window of opportunity to pursue her dream to
become a singer whilst living in New Zealand. Four years into this
journey she cleverly married her two passions - singing and baking
- together and launched her first one woman show.

Picnic Tea with Garden Tour - Sunday 22nd August at South Lodge Hotel
We'll take you through our gorgeous grounds to show off our
unprecendented collection of Rhododendrons, Camellias and Azaleas.
With your mind refreshed by the great outdoors, it's time to relax
with a gorgeous afternoon tea served in either one of our lounges
or out in the grounds as a picnic. Please advise at time of
booking.

Simon Deakin Wine Dinner in The Pass - Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th September at South Lodge Hotel
The evening begins in our newly restored Walled Garden where you
will be joined by Head Chef Matt Gillan to pick your own pimms
before dinner.
The evening is hosted by Simon Deakin of Deakin Fine Wines,
Horsham where he will be showcasing wines from the heavenly Navarra
and Rioja Spanish wine regions.

Ladies lunch Trip to the Manor - Monday 13th September from South Lodge Hotel
Enjoy refreshments on arrival, with the rest of the afternoon to
be spent at your leisure, followed later by a three course dinner

dinner a guest speaker from Castle Coombe Museum will delight
youwith the history of this beautiful village

Young Guns at The Pass 28th September for 1 week at South Lodge Hotel
A festival of cooking with some of the country's top young chefs
who are shaping the future of British cooking outside of
London.
Each night welcomes a different young and up and coming chef to
The Pass to create a six-course menu in their own style supported
by the talented Pass Team of chefs - watch the drama and theatre of
a busy top-flight kitchen in full flow

Debbie Pickles, Dip.ITEC, MGPBT, is the owner of Beauty Works,
Horsham, a private Holistic Massage and Beauty Therapy business
established in 1998. Beauty Works has grown entirely through
word-of-mouth recommendation. Debbie attributes her success to her
total commitment to her clients' needs, her enthusiasm, energy and
efficiency in all aspects of her business. She is a
practitioner in LaStone Therapy, Advanced Thermotherapy and Indian
Head Massage.

Gentleman's Lunch: Wine Tasting - Thursday 14th October at South Lodge Hotel
Over a stunning five-course lunch in The Pass, our talented
Sommelier Dominic Roberts will tutor you on the fine art of wine
tasting.
A fun and interactive blind tasting event where the true
identity of three different wines will be concealed and guests are
challenged to decipher the grape type of each of the wines. The
wine tasting will take place in our elegant Drawing Room with lunch
to follow, served in The Pass.
