course of the week.
With an impressive seven Michelin Stars
between them the invited chefs will showcase their individual
dinner tasting menus in the unique surroundings of The Pass,
situated right in the heart of the kitchen… an experience your

Rosettes!
Having opened our doors in November we are delighted to
have already been awarded 3 Rosettes by the prestigious AA
Restaurant Guide 2009!
Only granted to "outstanding restaurants that achieve
standards that demand recognition well beyond their local area,
three rosettes are awarded for cooking underpinned by the selection
and sympathetic treatment of the highest quality ingredients.
Timing, seasoning and flavour combinations have to be consistently
excellent."

The Pass is a skilful and thorough response to the contemporary
interest in the provencance of ingredients used. The culinary
process from farm to plate is closely followed so diners can trust
