The Camellia Restaurant in
Sussex offers fantastic dishes made with skill and flair
from local and seasonal ingredients. Our honest food is served with
exquisite style, the team give warm and friendly service,
ensuring you are comfortable and well looked
after.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner
everyday we welcome hotel residents, visitors and local diners
alike.
Traditional yet contemporary
The restaurant is elegant and full of country house
charm. The dining room is original to the 19th century manor
house and still retains the oak panneling first fitted in
1890's. The restaurant is named after the camellia
planted before the house was built that is still growing
strong.
One of the unique features of this perfect setting is
the stunning views from picture windows that looks
over the panaramic view of the south downs. This is a
dining experience full of tradition yet contemporary in style and
service.

Not only are you able to, but we expect you to explore our
open tasting Cellar. The wine list is hand-picked by our
sommelier Dominic Roberts who then cares for the 300 wines to
ensure they are in peak condition.
With so many to choose from make sure you leave plenty of time
before you eat to taste one or two - or even three or four!

Fresh and Seasonal
Working closely with the hotel’s local
food heroes and benefiting from the stunning harvest from
the hotel’s newly restored walled kitchen garden, there's an
amazing selection of local produce in our restaurant available for
you to enjoy.
The Camellia Chefs make daily visits to the
kitchen garden and take great pride in serving fresh
seasonal food with personality
and skill.

Sundays)
- Lunch: 12.00pm (12.30pn on Sundays) –
2.30pm
- Dinner: 7.00pm – 9.00pm
