3AA Rosettes Pass Restaurant and witness all the drama and passion

Headed by Chef Matt Gillan, the Pass is making headlines in the
press and was recently recognised in the Which Good Food

of dining for guests at South Lodge. The “Camellia" retains the
elegance of the original dining room but with a contemporary new

team. continue to draw tasty inspiration from the
colours, flavours and tastes of home grown Sussex to produce
award-winning dining.
