Matt Gillan - as seen on TV!
Matt Gillan, Head Chef at Matt Gillan at The Pass has once
again featured on our TV screens in not one but two BBC
He was delighted to be asked to be in A Taste of
Britain, a new day time show. The episode featuring Sussex
was aired on Friday 24th September and Matt's Sussex Wagyu beef
dish was a real hit with presenters Brian Turner and Janet Street
And, in his first foray into live TV, Matt was honoured, if a
little nervous, to be asked on Saturday Kitchen in
October. Creating a delicious dish with an unusual cut, a short rib
of beef or Jacobs Ladder, James Martin and the other show guests -
Matt has a few other appearances in the
pipeline - so look out for more coming soon!
